Winners of the Media for Military Family Month Scavenger hunt Run for the Groceries event sponsored by the Army Community Service and the South Post Commissary stand with ACS and Commissary staff before the start of the event Dec 13.

Maj. Ian Howard, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, serves cornish hen to a patron during the CAB dining facility’s Thanksgiving dinner Tuesday, at Fort Bragg. Senior leaders in units across Fort Bragg served Thanksgiving dinner as a way of showing appreciation to their Soldiers.




Members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary coordinated with the Fort Bragg Garrison Public Affairs Office to visit Fort Bragg troops and Families and build stronger community ties. The group was at the firing line for the turkey shoot at the Virtual Training Facility at Fort Bragg. Nov, 21. The season themed shoot had virtual turkeys as targets. The ladies got a taste of modern technology through virtual training used to improve the fighting force, while using less land and resources.
